Bó Coffee is more than just a café on wheels. It’s the story of a young couple, Ryan and Nichola, who transformed a shared love for great coffee into a vibrant, mobile experience in the heart of Galway’s countryside.
At just 23 years old, Ryan and Nichola took the bold leap of becoming business owners—bringing to life a dream inspired by their travels, a longing for community, and a love for perfectly crafted coffee. Their vision? To create a little oasis right here in Abbeyknockmoy, Co. Galway—one so inviting it feels like your favourite trendy spot abroad.
With a keen eye for design, they built a mobile café unit that’s as beautiful as it is functional. Whether you're sipping under a Galway sky or gathering at a family celebration, their dreamlike setup and friendly warmth make every moment feel special.
